I don’t know about you, but I really hate the cheap Easter baskets that are typically given to kids. After the holiday I always look forward to throwing them out. This year I decided to try something different. I wanted to give my kids an Easter basket that were actually useful. Read on to see what I came up with!

I have a baby, a toddler, and a tween at home. I came up with a few different ideas for each of their baskets this year that were quite successful.
The Baby’s Easter Basket
For the baby, I decided on this dump truck for his basket. It turned out really cute and he loved playing with it afterwards. I look forward to this toy continuing to last and provide him with fun for years to come. To fill his basket, I got him some teethers, a baby book, a baby tissue box toy, and a black and white book. It was all a big hit!
The Toddler’s Easter Basket
For my toddler, she is in the stage of life where she wants to do everything she sees mom and dad do. This has included starting to garden. Therefore, I decided to get her a kid gardening set so she can join me in the garden. The bag for all of her garden tools became her basket! To fill it, she had all of the gardening tools from the set and I got her a sensory fidget, a book, and of course some peeps and a Kinderjoy egg.
The Tween’s Easter Basket
For our tween, I didn’t necessarily want to get her a toy. Therefore, I decided on a purse she could use. She has been really into crossbody bags, so I thought this purse was perfect to serve as her basket. I then filled it with some stuff for her to pamper herself with, including some nail polish and shower scrub. Similar to the toddler, she got a sensory fidget and a book. For her, I settled on a Would You Rather book. She also got the peeps and Kinderjoy egg.
